In the chalet village of Valsegg, nestled in the enchanting silence at the edge of the forest, we celebrate good taste. Our restaurant Eggile is a small temple of pleasure. A place for all those who appreciate something special. We serve you essences from the depths of the forests, first-class products from our farm and delicacies from the south, which we select for you with great passion and dedication to quality. Named after our old farm name "Egger am Boden" and inspired by the South Tyrolean dialect word for "cosy little corner", we spoil you in a very special flair at the Eggile. Our sommelier Max and his vinological treasure will make sure of that. Two real magicians are at work in the kitchen: Michael and Matthäus share a love of aromatic herbs from our own garden and a passion for surprising cross-over dishes that will melt your heart.
